Chinese Manufacture

Once you have a design, we can manufacture in China if price and quantities are large enough, producing considerable savings.

Design Service

If you have a product that needs to be packaged we have an in house service offering you a range of packaging that best suit your needs. We have in house production services such as Hot Foil Stamping, Screen Printing, Machine Stitching, High Frequency Welding and Heat Welding. We also have the capability to print and weld in line.

Digital Print Solutions

Fabrics and plastics can now be printed using digital print depending on the quantities of material you wish to have printed and the products that you wish to manufacture. We can also oilcloth coat fabrics for a wipe clean finish. Plastic can also be printed using uv printing or lithographic depending on quantities.

High Frequency Welding

We have, in our UK factories, a vast range of high-frequency welding machines - from in-line machines for mass production to pick-and-place machines for smaller runs. All manufacturing is to order against your specification - or provide us with your products and we will take care of the design. We offer trade welding for place work and reel-feed automated work for pockets, wallets etc.

Printing

SCREEN PRINTING is an effective way to customise products with logos and instructions in single or multi colours and can be used creatively to give different effects and is suitable for small runs. FOIL BLOCKING is suitable for applying in small areas such as logo or company names. Standard effects are metallic with gold, silver etc. BLIND EMBOSSING gives a cost-effective professional finish. LITHO PRINTING is only available on very large quantities for cost-effective multi-colour printing.

Packaging for Health And Safety related products. All manufacturing is to order against your spec - or provide us with the products and we will take care of the design. We offer samples at every stage of the design process - keeping the customer in control ensures that the end product is exactly what you require

Stitching

We have a whole factory unit devoted to machine stitching - offering a wide range of facilities including top-stitching, overlocking, binding etc. on all types of materials
